There is now glass barrier and gates so both the the rear terrace and front garden are completely secure and safe(secure for dogs and children).

This beautiful room has a super king bed for the best nights sleep possible. The room has a large en-suite with a luxurious waterfall shower. Perfect for a pamper. The room also has a large wardrobe with plenty of space for all of your belongings. Both the bedroom and en-suite have large windows so you can take a look at the spectacularly blue sea.

The nautical theme continues on into the Sea Shell room and can be seen in the decor. This room boasts two extremely grand single beds. These are perfect for your little ones, or even your visiting friends. The room has a large window filling it with natural light and allowing you to take a look at the marvellous beach views.

Want to relax? Tuck yourself up in bed and take in the terrific sea views. The Sea Horse room is a cosy and comfortable room, filled with beautiful furniture and soft furnishings. The king-sized bed makes for a wonderful nights sleep after exploring all that Aberporth has to offer.

All other aspects of the holiday cottage have been designed to offer ultimate comfort and high specification attributes. The new kitchen includes a state of art induction hob on the island bar where you can enjoy sea-views in two directions and also enjoy the wood-burner in the winter.

The dining area is overlooking the rear deck with amazing views up the coastline to Snowdonia and with doors that open out onto the rear deck area. From here you can enjoy the sight and sounds of waves crashing on the cove below with a drink in hand, watching the world go by.

That’s not all though, there is a built-in outdoor BBQ and Pizza Oven providing you with the means to entertain and dine al fresco.

In addition to the main lounge is the ‘Cwtch’ playroom/study – find the secret door to a kids-playroom that will ignite their imaginations. The comfortable lounge has a large TV and DVD player, as well as super-fast Wi-Fi internet throughout the house. Headland Cottage also benefits from a utility room with a washer/dryer and off-road parking for one vehicle at the front of the property. Additional free public parking is available directly opposite the property and also there is a large car-park 2minutes walk from the property.
